Access In-Demand Talent

Through our job-matching platform, we provide students with access to a range of work-integrated learning opportunities in Financial Services that match their interests, area of study and availability.

Best Practice Guidance

There’s more to financial services than traders and tellers.  Many students studying in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics are unaware of the exciting opportunities available to them in the Financial Services sector.  We have posters, flyers and social media messaging available to help spread the word.

Student Attraction Support

All student participants have access to curated business skills content and other development opportunities to complement and expand upon their learning in school and in the workplace.

Work-Ready Students

ASPIRE is open to all post-secondary students in Canada regardless of year of study, increasing their chances of experiencing multiple work-integrated learning opportunities while still in school.

Brand-Building Opportunities

We host networking events for students working in Financial Services and those considering opportunities in our sector, as well as for post-secondary educators and industry representatives.

Industry/Academia Partnership

We value collaboration and take every opportunity to bring our employers and academic partners together to share ideas and spark action that supports the development of better work-integrated experiences for students, schools and employers.

Government of Canada Invests in ASPIRE!

Toronto Finance International welcomes the Government of Canada's support to create more student work opportunities for post-secondary students in financial services.
