We provide access to best practice guidelines and other employer resources to support engagement of people managers and the development of meaningful student work opportunities.

Student Attraction Support

Through academic partnerships and outreach campaigns we market opportunities to students in target fields, including science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics, who may not currently consider the Financial Services sector as a career destination.

Work-Ready Students

All ASPIRE students have access to business skills development resources including videos, articles and, location-dependent, facilitated networking events to help support their transition and integration into the workplace.

Brand-Building Opportunities

Employers are invited to participate in on-campus events and social media campaigns to help showcase the diverse nature of opportunities in Financial Services and highlight the sector’s innovation, emerging trends and future opportunities.
